Over-the-Counter (OTC) Catalog



As a MeridianComplete member, you are given a monthly allowance of $10 to spend on over-the-counter (OTC) products that are included in the catalog below. With this OTC benefit, you are able to purchase items such as cold and cough medicines, incontinence products, vitamins, dental care items, and much more.

Place an Order


There are three different ways you can place an order. You can do it by mail, by phone, or online! Please read the information below for more details:


Download and fill out the MeridianComplete Order Form, which can also be found at the end of the OTC Catalog. Put your completed form in an envelope, include postage and mail the envelope to the address below:

Allow for 7 days for the order to reach us; your order will be placed in the month that it is received. We will return a mail order form with your shipment.



Call us at 1-844-854-5571 (TTY users should call 711), Monday – Saturday from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. One of our Customer Service representatives will help you place an order. Be sure to have your member ID and birth date available to access your account.



Visit our website www.fieldtex-meridian.com and log into your account to place an order. You will be able to track your orders, check the status of orders and check your benefit allowance amount. This can all be done in the privacy of your own home.


Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of in-stock items. OTC Items may go out of stock, or be discontinued at any time throughout the year. If you select an item that is no longer available, a Customer Service representative will contact you. The item can be replaced with a comparable product. Your monthly allowance will not roll over to the following month. Only damaged products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, no other returns are allowed.

MeridianComplete is a health plan that contracts with both Medicare and Illinois Medicaid to provide benefits of both programs to enrollees.

The List of Covered Drugs and/or pharmacy and provider networks may change throughout the year. We will send you a notice before we make a change that affects you.


Copays for prescription drugs may vary based on the level of Extra Help you receive. Please contact the plan for more details.


For certain kinds of drugs, you can use the plan’s network mail-order services. We also have an optional automatic mail-order delivery program under which we will automatically fill all new prescriptions your health care provider sends to us, as well as refills for prescriptions that have already been filled but are running out. Usually a mail-order pharmacy order will get to you in no more than 5 days. If you experience any problems receiving your mail order prescription, call Member Services at
