Additional Member Benefit Information

 

1. Transportation

Meridian provides options for routine transportation to and from the doctor and pharmacies. You can also get paid back for gas when you drive yourself to and from office visits. Non-emergency medical transportation is also covered for Healthy Michigan Plan (HMP) and pregnant members going to and from dental visits. Call Meridian transportation at 800-821-9369 for regularly scheduled appointments at least three calendar days before your appointments to talk about your options.

 

2. Dental

MeridianHealth is contracted with a vendor to provide dental benefits to our HMP and Medicaid Pregnant Women members.

If you are an HMP or pregnant Medicaid member and have questions regarding dental coverage please refer to our dental provider, DentaQuest at 855-898-1478.

 

If you are a non-HMP member over the age of 21 and have questions regarding dental coverage, please refer to the state dental provider, Delta Dental at 800-524-0149.

 

If you are a non-HMP member under the age of 21 and have questions regarding dental coverage, please refer to the member's Healthy Kids Dental (HKD) provider (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan at 800-936-0935 or Delta Dental at 866-696-7441).
